Geovanni
My name is Geovanni and I am a 10 year cancer survivor! I have a 5-year-old sister Amelia and a cat named Mario. I am a 9th grade student and I play drums in the school band. Video games have been something I have been interested in for years and I recently started YouTube videos. I don’t remember much about my treatment because I was so young but I’m so thankful that I had support.
Zuriel
Hi, I’m Zuriel! About a year ago I was diagnosed with nephroblastoma, a type of kidney cancer common in children. I made it through treatment of chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation with no delays and finished six months later, cancer-free! I credit this to wonderful doctors and nurses, the prayers of many people, and the support of CURE and similar organizations. CURE has made a huge impact on our family, and we are thankful for the support that they have provided.
I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends and family, listening to music, and playing the piano and harp. Cancer has not stopped me from doing any of these things. Cancer has changed my life, but it hasn’t stopped me from living.

Vivian
Vivian is a lovable 8 year old. She loves gymnastics and dancing and being a typical little girl. She was diagnosed with a Medulloblastoma in April 2018. She went in for a eye appointment because she was having difficulty seeing. Her left eye was starting to go crossed. The eye doctor immediately sent her to the emergency room. They did an MRI and it showed a golf ball size tumor at the bottom of her fourth ventricle inside her brain. She had three surgeries one of which caused her to have posterior fascia syndrome. This caused stroke like symptoms and Vivian was unable to speak, eat and do many of the things she loved to do. Her journey through rehabilitation has been astounding. She has come so far. She now has the ability to eat and talk again. However she is still limited in certain areas. Vivian's progress continues to get better and better. She is a very positive strong young lady. Her amazing personality has touched the hearts of others even in her silence. We are blessed to have such a wonderful little girl.
Nora
Nora was born with stage 4s neuroblastoma. She was monitored and watched closely as they believed it would go away on its own. At 18 months old she had Petrous skull base metastasis and relapsed. She started treatment and has undergone 6 rounds of chemo, 2 stem cell transplants, radiation and immunotherapy. She’s currently getting ready to start the Vaccine trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC. For the first time in over 3 years, Nora’s scans came back that she was NED 💛 she’ll be three next month and loves being with her brother, dancing and dressing up as a princess. She’s a strong Little Warrior 💛
