The CURE Childhood Cancer Association was founded in 1976. Our mission is to improve the lives of local families coping with childhood cancer or a chronic blood disorder. CURE is here to help and meet the very specific needs of families who are caring for a chronically ill child. It was determined these needs are: Counseling, Understanding, Research and Education. Our organization helps families being treated at the Golisano Children's Hospital in the hematology and oncology unit. 

For more than three decades, CURE has been a friend to thousands of families and children coping with cancer and blood disorders.
