Stuffed Eggplant
Thinly sliced eggplant delicately breaded with Italian spices.  Layered with ricotta cheese and roasted red peppers.  Finished with our house made marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.  Accompanied by a side of penne rigate.

Chicken French with Artichoke Hearts
Boneless breast of chicken dipped in egg batter, sautéed in a lemon butter sauce and topped with artichoke hearts.  Served with rice pilaf and fresh seasonal vegetables.
